atomic chess bug

I've found this bug while using the analysis board for atomic chess.
In the following position suppose white just moved his king to h5. If the black king goes to f6, white's king can go to h6, it's a legal move. but the analysis board doesn't allow it.
8/p7/2nb2k1/5r1K/1pp5/2P5/PP5P/8 w - -

I've tested it, and in a few other positions where white is under check but the black king is adjacent to it, removing the black king behaves like a checkmate although white has a legal move to get out of check. is this part of the rules or a bug?
Lichess haven't atomic from position. Give url to your game.
it was only in analysis mode that I've reached this position. can I somehow get a link to it?
The same condition can be reconstructed with the following moves:
1.f4 f5
2.Kf2 Kf7
3.Ke3 Ke6
4.Kd4 Kd5
5.h3 c5
6.h4

and then when 6. ... Kd6, you enter bug mode.
we can start a game (may be correspondence) and reach the position if you want
>The same condition can be reconstructed with the following moves
Ok, can you give a link to the game, where reconstruction begins.
the reconstruction begins at standard starting position with 8 pieces and 8 pawns on each side.
starting from that position if the sequence of moves is repeated the condition will be reconstructed.
ok thank you! other than this everything works perfect, and I love the chess variants on your site!
