Book Suggestions

I took a look at like 20 of your rapid games.
You lose because you hang pieces.
Learning openings or reading Dvoretsky or Gelfand books or the Encyclopedia of Chess Combinations will lead nowhere if you still hang pieces.
Sadly, I don't think I am in a position to help you because I still do it myself too often.

If OP hangs pieces, then enabling move confirmation in his profile is a great help.
Think about your move, play it, check it is no blunder, confirm.
I noticed that too, ur right. I hang a lot of pieces i feel because im unsure how to proceed sometimes and i get overwhelmed by my opponents attacks and so I hastily try to counter attack i think, idk, lol. I haven't played online in a while. Trying to learn more and be more confident in my play.
Okay, if you hang pieces do tactics. Encyclopedia of chess combinations trains tactics to you should read that if you want to stop hanging pieces. Kifaru is mostly right, but you should get into books as soon as possible. Exposing yourself to more chess will help your tactical awareness, and that means seeing positions and puzzles and not just playing.

It only really takes a couple of months to stop the excessive piece blunders (though they still happen).
