Black/White left the game. Feature which should be revised.

This feature should be revised because I always find myself into really unfair situations. And I guess I'm not the only one.

I have always seen the message: "Leaving the game, or yadayada, could lead to ban" or similar message like that, which I have seen on my opponents when they have indeed left the game or run out of time because they were losing.
It's perfectly clear when this happens once the opponent is losing, but when you are in a winning position, you would never leave a game.

I found myself in this situation in both directions and I'm really upset each time with the resolution.
1) When my opponent leave the game, because they are losing, I'm always wasting 3 minutes of my time because the time countdown needs to go ot zero (rarely I see the option: "draw or declare win"). Almost all the other times, my opponent just waste my time by leaving.
2) When unfortunatly I lose connection and I reconnect as soon as possible, I see almost each time: "black has left" and I lose the game in a perfectly winning position.

It's really upseting I have to wait until the clock runs out of time by my opponents when they clearly leave because they were losing, whereas I'm losing the games practically each time this situation happens to me when I have NOT left the game but lost connection.

Here you can see my last game. I was perfectly winning and I had plenty of time left, because I played really fast, but I lost my connection for 1 minute, and the game flagged me as "leaving" and I lost the game.

This system is clearly not working great and I think it should be revised.

I don't think it's that hard to implement some kind of filter to avoid this kind of situations. For example, some good option should be:
1) If player is winning, then it should allow more time and asume player had not left but had other problems.
2) Once a player is doing this often, instead of the fake warning of "you could get banned", it should be flagged internally and when this situation occurs, it should allow other players to claim the victory sooner.

I have seen many times the "this action could lead to a ban" but I have never seen a single opponent who does that a lot getting banned.
I'm never leaving my games because I'm losing, or I try to win it or I just give up, and we all know people who does that once they trend to do similar in the future; so instead of the fake automatic message of: "you could get banned"; people who does that, should have an internal countdown and be more likely to be considered "left the game".
Whereas, people who almost never does that, only doing it in critical situations like: "losing connection or other personal problems", should has more extra time to can re-connect and join the game.

I wouldn't care at all if this situation would work to everyone the same, and when I see my opponents leaving the game while losing, I can claim the victory after 1 minute. But I have seen lots of games where I have to wait the full countdown drop to zero, while myself I'm losing in winning positions after 1 minute of desconection.

I think its simple and fair to apply some feature like that, so we all can enjoy more our games and avoid those quiters who waste our time.
Just checked playing some games and it looks like it happens to everyone now. At least from what I have seen, it happened to 3 players who quit the game.
I guess it was revised already and thats why I was flagged as "quit the game" at the first time; because now everyone loses as soon as they disconnect no matter what.
That's cool then, if everyone has the same losing factors when this happens :)
