I would like to propose a new rule. I noticed that many players when they are about to lose, they leave the game without resigning and they let the clock go down to zero. Of course, in some cases there are disconnect issues but in the cases where there is a mate in 2 or something like this and then they let the time go down, it is obvious that it is not any disconnect issue. I recommend that there is a report button for this type of situations. I think that each player should get warnings in the first couple of cases and if they ignore the warning that they won't be able to play games for some hours. I think that this will help building a nicer chess community! Nobody wants to wait too much time just to mate in 1 or 2.
