For me it's guitar.Been playing over 50 years. Play a little keyboard and harmonica but there's so much music written for guitar in so many genres.
No virtuoso but I can play guitar fairly well. Really enjoy playing lead improvisation. Lol been playing so long I don't even have to much think about it. I think the best thing is when you listen to a recording and say wow! That was me?
