Can you help me analyse this game?

I recently played this game against the computer (I'm playing as white), and even if I won, I checked the game and some parts are complicated to analyse.

If some of you take a look and let me know some thoughts, I would gladly appreciate it!

7 Ng5 plays the same piece for the second time, while other pieces are still on their starting squares. Better 7 O-O.
8 Nxg7 is an unsound sacrifice.

Develop your pieces before sacrificing. Also you could have castles and play f4 f5 bringing your rook into play.
