But in this case he played when I was gone, and I played when he was gone ...

No it is his fault for not playing, if you felt bad and saw he was offline, then you should have aborted, so YOU had bad sportsmanship. Not trying to be mean

@MUMAnshul130105 of course the player left in the same day. You are saying he sat there all day waiting for Jose to make his move? After a few minutes probably he left the game without snorting.

@MUMAnshul130105 i saw he was offline after play Nc6...... this is a error man, how can be a "game" that was started at 22hs. and he play (i dont know at 3am, and i play 8 hours later). This kind of game have to be automaticly canceled.

@JoseAldo Nornally the game is automatically cancelled, however because he directly challenged you, there is no timer to cancel the game. If he left the game he should have clicked the cancel button.

Jose came first and the other guy left. Then when Jose was sleeping he must have made a move and left! So when Jose woke up, the opponent was offline Jose made a move, and the started to tick to zero
