Game start notification

In a tournament, I used to be able to set a notification for the start of a game, so I could do something else while waiting to be paired. The behavior changed, so that I started to get a notification every time it was my turn, which of course is annoying. Is there a way to set a notification for only the start of a game, and not every move?

Good question.
I could definitely use the same feature for regular rated games, as well.
