Being banned from lobby games

I was just on lichess, and my internet connection was failing very badly. For about 4 games, my internet crashed on me early in the game and now lichess has kicked me out of the lobby for quitting to many games. How long does this last and how can I prevent it from happening again?

Don't play when your internet connection is bad or play anonymous for prevent other ban :)

It says on the homepage. If I remember right, it's 5 minutes for the first offence and adds up the more it happens.

I second what #2 is saying, you should probably not be playing when you know your connection is not good because disconnecting for a long time is perceived to be a ragequit.
