The only openings I play with are the London for white and the englund for black. If my opponent plays e4, then it is the Italian (mostly giuoco piano) maybe sometimes the Fried Liver. Please suggest some openings that can useful at my level
King's Gambit - for White - the more you learn, the more you enjoy, and win with, this ancient attacking opening.
The Black Lion - for Black - this creates attacking play and the more you play, the more you win.

"... As Black, I think that [players with very limited experience] would do well ... playing ... 1...d5 versus 1 d4. ... [After 1 d4 d5, if] White plays the most important move, 2 c4, inexperienced players might want to begin classically with 2...e6 followed by ...Nf6 and ...Be7 ..." - IM John Watson (2010)
Some of us think that it can be useful to use books like Logical Chess, and First Steps: Queen's Gambit as sources of games with explanations intended for those just starting to learn about an opening.

Try the Fantasy Variation of the London. Here is one of my games (that I lost but no fault of the opening) where I played it lichess.org/iEepkWrFzQCM
Here is another where I lost because of inaccurate play but it was equal lichess.org/KNuV17bSNlCG
Goodluck and I hope I've helped you.
