Probably not tbh. You are an amateur player like a lot of us. What do you think paying $50 will honestly achieve? You already own Fritz 15. What can that not do that Houdini 6 can? What do you feel you are missing out on?
I think you are probably right. I cannot think of anything I am missing specifically. When you enjoy a hobby it is often a habit to buy more bells and whistles then they are not really need.
Also there is Fritz 16, which apparently has a new layout and faster processing. But $80 to go from F 15 to F16? I better pass until that one goes on sale.

I'm working in a chess club so I have access to every single known commercial chess tools from opening books (fritz powerbooks) to engines and EGTB (fritz turbo 3 and 4) etc.

as I know for analyzing your games lichess.org is the best :)) it's much faster and cleaner than chessbase 14 tactical analysis
but for studying or other things, I really don't recommend spending money on Houdini or even Komodo ... Stockfish 8 (and now 9) is doing well, and if you have already Fritz 15 it's really unnecessary to buy new engine, use stockfish 9 or fritz 15 or both together ;)
the engines does not teach you anything, they are just like calculators you cannot make you better mathematician they just here to show you that your ideas or deduction during the game was correct or not, and if not , what was the best thing to do..
so you can do it with stockfish :)

i have angine called sugaR pro and its free .
very strong i put it against stockfish 8 in 3 games and the results was 1.5 each so why spend 50 $
