Igor Nemtsev insults his opponent, calling him bad words, right on the live broadcast. I kindly ask you to investigate this situation and punish "Nemtsevguru" for such behavior. @thibault

@for_cryingout_loud Let me tell you even more, I even sent my message to the email! And no one has responded yet. I don't understand why there is a line "player insult" in the complaint at all if no one reacts to it.

But this is not how it works. You can report, and that's where your options end unfortunately. It is up to the site moderators to take any action they deem appropriate, and you usually won't get any feedback, no matter what action they took.

So you simply have no idea if any action was taken or not.

Also, I am not sure if a comment outside of lichess itself can be used as a reason to punish on lichess. Maybe yes, maybe no...

Again, filing a report is the correct way, you have done that. Next step is "move on". I know it's not always easy, and I am probably fortunate to not understand anything in the video...

the thing is report is for reporting people not here square in the square hole not a triangle complaining here is the same as complaining to the walls

@nadjarostowa I understand that I am possibly breaking the rules of the site at the moment. I am ready to be punished, you can ban me. But please understand me, this is a desperate step, because this is not the first violation by Igor Nemtsev "Nemtsevguru". He also collects passport data of all players in his club. And he regularly insults those players he loses to. I can provide much more information than just in a message. And the fact that no one reacts to this at all is very disappointing to me. But if what I wrote on the forum is more important to you than the fact that the player openly insults only because he lost to his opponent... well, so be it, and let me be banned from this site.

I will not stand aside, as I know personally this player "Radone".
