Hello, white cannot mate, so it’s a draw.
Black ran out of time though and I still have material. If I would've had 2 knights vs a lone king I would've won as well if I'm correct, even though mate is only theoretical possible.

Surely there must be a theoretical win in this position.. Haven't checked to see but if black is cooperating like in a 2N + K vs lone K it has to be possible to checkmate black here
There is no theoretical win here for white. Generally the theoretical wins with a lone bishop involve having the opponent king cornered while being blocked by a piece of its own, like lichess.org/editor/6bk/8/7K/8/3B4/8/8/8_b_-_-_25_65?color=white - but that does not work with a rook, because a rook could just block the check.
