Say no more, look towards the Middle East. Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE are all 0% tax rates.
The alternatives are well-known tax havens (ie, Jersey, Sark, Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands) and who the hell lives there?
